About the Role

The displacement wave is not coming for everyone at the same time. It is coming fastest and hardest for the communities that are least prepared. Countries, Cities. Rural towns. State economies built around industries that are about to transform overnight.

Amiara has a role to play there that no other company is positioned to fill.

This role exists to build that channel. You will forge the relationships, structure the programs, and deploy Amiara as infrastructure for economic development — working alongside country, city and state governments, SBA-adjacent programs, workforce development initiatives, and innovation ecosystems to ensure that when the displacement wave hits, the communities on the front lines have a platform built to help them rise.

This is not a government affairs role. It is not lobbying. It is partnership building at the intersection of policy, economic development, and technology deployment… and the person who owns it will leave fingerprints on how entire communities navigate the most consequential economic shift in modern history.

What You'll Do

Build and own Amiara's government and economic development channel from the ground up
Identify and pursue program licensing, bulk seat, and grant-funded deployment opportunities with countries and city, county, and state and entities
Structure and close relationships with Global, Country, SBA district offices, SBDC networks, workforce development boards, and economic development organizations
Design the program frameworks that allow Amiara to be embedded into community-level business support initiatives
Represent Amiara at the policy and civic leadership level… building credibility and presence in the rooms where economic development decisions are made
Partner internally to build the delivery infrastructure that makes these programs scalable and measurable

What We're Looking For

Deep existing relationships in government, economic development, or workforce policy — you know the rooms and the people in them
Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships that involve public funding or civic institutions
Ability to translate a technology platform into a program outcome that resonates with policymakers, not just operators
Builder mentality — you don't wait for playbooks, you write them
Mission-aligned… this work matters, and you feel that
