VP Business Development and Channel Partners

About the Role

Amiara's biggest growth engine is not paid ads. It's not cold outbound. It's the network of firms that are already serving the exact businesses we're built for from incorporation to exit.

Every single one of them is already in relationship with the founders and operators who need Amiara most… and none of them have a tool like this to offer.

This role exists to build that network, we call it Amiara 360. You will identify, sign, onboard, and activate the channel partner ecosystem that becomes Amiara's most powerful and scalable distribution channel. You'll execute on and expand existing value propositions, you will operate and improve the existing playbooks, and create the two-way relationships that make channel partners want to bring Amiara into their client work.

This is a builder role. There is only a small inherited partner list but an amazing value proposition and massive opportunity and founders who will open any door you need opened.

What You'll Do

  • Own the execution of Amiara's channel partner program end to end
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue the highest-leverage partner categories
  • Structure and close partnership agreements… co-branded programs, affiliate arrangements, revenue-share deals, cohort bundles
  • Optimize and scale the onboarding, activation, and growth infrastructure that turns signed partners into active distributors
  • Create and maintain the reporting, tracking, and payout systems that make the program run on autopilot over time
  • Represent Amiara in the rooms where high-value partnership conversations happen

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record building and scaling channel or partnership programs from zero — not inheriting a mature motion, starting one
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, professional services, or ecosystem-driven businesses where distribution came through partners, not just direct
  • The relationships and instincts to identify which partnership categories will move the fastest and structure deals that work for both sides
  • Operator mindset — you build the system, not just the relationship
  • Comfortable working directly with founders, making decisions without a committee, and owning the number
