About the Role

The Amiara platform builds great businesses. The Amiara Investment Fund captures the upside from the best of them.

This is one of the most unique investment roles that exists anywhere right now. You won't be sourcing deals from cold outreach or conference floors. You'll have first-look access to the highest-rated businesses coming through a platform designed to identify exactly which companies have the highest probability of exceptional outcomes. The deal flow is the product.

You will build and run the fund from the ground up… sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and closing investments in the strongest companies that come through the Amiara platform. You'll develop and manage co-investment relationships with financial ecosystem partners. And you'll design the early-stage grant and equity program that gives promising founders Amiara services in exchange for a stake.

This role sits at the intersection of venture, platform strategy, and ecosystem building. It does not exist anywhere else.

What You'll Do

Build and manage the Amiara Investment Fund's investment process, portfolio, and reporting infrastructure
Evaluate and invest in the highest-rated companies coming through the Amiara platform
Structure and close co-investment arrangements with aligned financial ecosystem partners
Design and deploy the Amiara Service Grant program — early-stage equity in exchange for platform access and services
Build and maintain relationships with VCs, family offices, and strategic investors who can co-invest alongside Amiara
Provide portfolio companies with the strategic and operational support that accelerates their trajectory

What We're Looking For

Experience in venture capital, growth equity, or a senior operating role at a fund-backed company — you understand how deals are structured and how portfolios are managed
Strong financial modeling and investment analysis skills — you can evaluate a business quickly and accurately
Relationship capital in the investment community… existing relationships with co-investors, LPs, or ecosystem partners are a genuine advantage
Platform thinking — you understand how the fund and the product reinforce each other and you'll build with that flywheel in mind
Builder… this fund does not have a team or a playbook yet, it has a mission and an opportunity
