Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

About the Role

Amiara has the product. It has the story. It has a market of 3 billion founders and 300 million businesses that have never had access to what we're building. What it needs now is the person who turns all of that into a revenue engine that scales.

This is not a sales management role. It is not a VP of Sales with a new title. The CRO at Amiara owns all revenue… platform subscriptions, ecosystem revenue, and the commercial architecture that supports a business growing from early traction to hundreds of millions in ARR.

You'll build the team, the motion, and the infrastructure. You'll design the playbook from scratch — the ICP, the sales process, the pricing architecture, the retention systems. You'll work directly with the founders on go-to-market strategy and you'll own the number.

We've built something that sells when people see it. Your job is to make sure the right people see it… and that seeing it turns into signing, staying, and scaling.

What You'll Do

  • Own all revenue across platform subscriptions and ecosystem channels
  • Build and lead the sales team… hiring, training, and managing the people who execute the motion
  • Design the commercial architecture — sales process, pricing, packaging, ICP definition, qualification criteria
  • Build the retention and expansion infrastructure that drives net revenue retention above 120%
  • Partner with channel and BD to ensure revenue from the partner ecosystem is properly attributed, incentivized, and growing
  • Report directly to the founders and operate as a member of the executive leadership team
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for each phase of Amiara's market expansion

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record as a CRO or VP of Sales at a high-growth SaaS or AI company… you've built a revenue motion before and you know what works
  • Experience scaling from early traction to $50M+ ARR — you've been through the phases and you know what each one demands
  • Strong commercial instincts — you can build a sales process, price a product, and structure a deal without a playbook
  • People builder — you hire well, develop well, and build teams that perform
  • Operator… you track the numbers, run the meetings, and hold people accountable without creating a bureaucracy
