This is not a sales management role. It is not a VP of Sales with a new title. The CRO at Amiara owns all revenue… platform subscriptions, ecosystem revenue, and the commercial architecture that supports a business growing from early traction to hundreds of millions in ARR.
You'll build the team, the motion, and the infrastructure. You'll design the playbook from scratch — the ICP, the sales process, the pricing architecture, the retention systems. You'll work directly with the founders on go-to-market strategy and you'll own the number.
We've built something that sells when people see it. Your job is to make sure the right people see it… and that seeing it turns into signing, staying, and scaling.
